How do I get my PDF?
Complete the form, review your private draft, edit the chapters if needed, and check the PDF preview. Approve the edition and pay by card through secure Stripe checkout, or with Bitcoin. Once payment confirmation arrives, My story shows the download button.
What photos can I use?
Add up to 20 JPEG, PNG, or WebP images, at most 5 MB and 40 megapixels each. Add a caption and an approximate date to each photo; they are printed beneath it. The first photo is the cover unless you choose another, or none, when you review your book, where you can also change the cover title and subtitle. Remove photos before submitting if you do not want them included. No unrelated stock photos are inserted into your book.
Can I come back later?
Save your private recovery file from the preview. Keep it private: it is the key to your book. On another device, open My story and enter the code. Your unsubmitted form draft stays only in its browser tab, and photos must be selected again after a reload.
What if I cancel or a payment fails?
Your book stays saved. Return to the preview to try checkout again. For delayed payment confirmation, check My story; the final PDF remains locked until your payment is confirmed.
Can I fix a mistake after buying?
Yes. For 90 days after purchase, open My story and choose Correct my book. You can change the text, photo captions and cover up to five times at no extra charge, review the new PDF and approve it. Photos stay as purchased. Until you approve, your current PDF stays as it is, and the originally purchased edition can always be downloaded.
Can I pay with Bitcoin?
Yes. After approving your preview, choose Pay with Bitcoin. The price stays in US dollars; our own BTCPay Server shows the exact on-chain Bitcoin amount, the network and when the invoice expires. Your PDF unlocks once the payment is confirmed on the Bitcoin network, usually within an hour. Pay the exact amount before the invoice expires: partial or late payments are checked by hand before the book is released. Lightning payments are not offered yet.
Is the book printed?
Yes. Your book is an 8.5 × 8.5 inch hardcover, printed in full colour on thick matte paper and shipped to your door, with the PDF included. Shipping is priced for your address before you pay; in the US standard mail usually arrives in 10 to 14 days including printing, and faster options are offered. You can also buy the PDF on its own. Audio is not offered.
